Sync AI also looks at whole divisions and class levels. Patterns that could reflect on a teacher are shown to leadership only.

Recommendations & Follow-up
Each insight comes with a recommendation for the right person, such as asking a class master to call a guardian about attendance. Staff mark insights as acknowledged, actioned or dismissed, and an insight resolves itself once the pattern goes away.
