How the bill works
- • Each term's bill is the number of active learners × the rate
- • During the term the bill follows your learner count
- • It's issued when the term closes, with 30 days to pay
- • You can see your plan, bills and receipts under EduSync Subscription
One-off registration fee
- • Charged once, when the school starts on the paid plan
- • The amount is confirmed with you before you join
- • No setup packages, add-ons or extra user licences
SMS credit
- • Texts are paid for from prepaid SMS credit, bought separately
- • Charged by the page: 160 characters, or 70 with emoji
- • Undelivered texts are refunded to your credit
- • Sign-in codes and temporary passwords are sent free
If a bill goes unpaid
- • The Owner and Accountant are sent each bill and any reminders
- • After a month overdue, the school becomes read-only
- • Everyone can still sign in and look; nothing can be changed
- • Full access returns as soon as the bill is paid
