Getting Started

Visit our registration page and fill in your school's details. A member of our team will reach out within 24 hours to complete onboarding and set up your account.

Most schools are fully live within 3–5 business days. This includes data migration, staff training, and go-live support. Larger or more complex setups may take up to 2 weeks.

Yes. We support data migration from Excel, CSV, and most common school management systems. Our team handles the migration so you don't lose any existing records.

Not at all. EduSync is built to scale — from small primary schools with a few dozen students to large senior high schools with thousands. Pricing adjusts based on your student count.

The Standard plan includes student & staff management, fee and payroll processing, grade and report card generation, parent-teacher communication, timetabling, library management, inventory, and SMS/email notifications.

Yes. EduSync is built specifically for Ghanaian schools and aligns with the GES curriculum structure, academic terms, and reporting formats used at the basic and secondary levels.

Yes. Parents get their own portal where they can view their child's grades, attendance, fee statements, and receive real-time notifications from the school.

A mobile-optimised web experience is available for all users. A dedicated mobile app is available as an add-on for schools that want custom branding.

The credit score tracks a student's academic performance, attendance, and conduct over time. It travels with the student if they transfer schools, giving receiving institutions a full picture of the student's history.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing starts at GH₵300/month for up to 100 students on the Standard plan. Costs scale with student count. Visit our Pricing page for a live estimate based on your school size.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and invoice billing. Quarterly payment plans are also available for schools that prefer not to pay monthly.

Security & Support

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and your school's data is never shared with third parties.

We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA. In the rare event of scheduled maintenance, we notify schools in advance and schedule it outside school hours.

Yes. Initial training for all admin staff is included in every plan. We also provide video guides, documentation, and ongoing support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (Excel/CSV). We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation before it is permanently deleted.
