EduSync is built for Ghanaian basic schools: Creche, Nursery and KG, Primary and JHS, up to JHS 3. A school can remove any stage it doesn't run. Senior high, technical and vocational schools aren't supported yet.

You use the whole system with your own school's learners, staff and classes, free, for 30 days. SMS and email are switched off during the trial. If you don't continue, your data is kept rather than deleted.

There's no spreadsheet import for learners yet. Learners are enrolled through Enrol Student or Admissions, and a learner who was at another EduSync school can be brought across with their EduSync ID. For the books, Setup and Closing lets you bring in past records and enter opening balances.

Yes. Each guardian can have their own parent portal login at parent.edusyncghana.com. They see their children's attendance, report cards once published, fees and statements, the timetable, school notices, and forms the school sends them. They can also pay fees online, if the school has switched it on.

Every login has a role: Owner, Headmaster, School Admin, HR, Accountant or Teacher. The role decides what appears in their menu. Teachers see the classes and subjects assigned to them. The Owner or Headmaster sets roles under Settings › Staff logins.

Yes. Teachers build assessments with marks, answer keys, deadlines and time limits. Learners answer through a link using their admission number and an access code. Choices, numbers and short answers are marked automatically, and the teacher can send the marks to the class's continuous assessment.

Every night it checks the open term's attendance, results and fees for patterns worth acting on, such as falling attendance, a dropping average or fees overdue, as well as good news like strong improvement. Each insight comes with a recommendation for the right member of staff. The school sets the thresholds.

The staff and parent portals work in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, so there's nothing to install.

GH₵10 per active learner, per term, with everything included. There's also a one-off registration fee when the school starts on the paid plan. The Pricing page shows what your school would pay.

During the term, the bill follows the number of active learners on your roll. When the term closes, the bill is issued for that number at the school's rate, with 30 days to pay. The Owner and Accountant can see bills and receipts under EduSync Subscription.

Yes, once the school switches it on. Parents pay from the parent portal by mobile money or card through Paystack, or from a payment prompt or link the school sends. The money goes straight to the school's own bank or mobile money account, and EduSync takes no share. The parent pays Paystack's small charge on top, so the school receives the full amount. Payments start from GH₵50, or the balance if less is owed, and each is recorded in the school's books as soon as it's confirmed.

Texts are paid for from the school's prepaid SMS credit. Each text is charged by the page: 160 characters of plain text, or 70 with emoji or special characters. Undelivered texts are refunded, and sign-in codes, temporary passwords and online payment receipts are sent free. Schools can choose to text parents when their child is marked absent.

Once a bill is more than a month overdue, the school becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and look, but nothing can be changed. Full access returns as soon as the bill is paid.

Everyone signs in with their own account, and a role decides what they can see. Accounts lock for 15 minutes after five wrong passwords, and people are signed out after a period of no activity. Corrections to important details are kept in an audit log with who made them and when.

Yes. On an anonymous form, no one, including the form's owner, can see who answered. Each form tells people clearly whether their name goes with their answers.

Yes. Most lists have an Export button that downloads the rows shown as a spreadsheet, including learners, staff and form responses.
